Agenda:

Suggestions or Comments from Attendees: Uncle Loke – Require meeting agenda and time schedule; listing topics to be discuss & not to be discuss; no religions and politics issues on the blog; identify role & responsibilities of committee members; allowing all attendee members have chance to share their point of view; decide committee team tenure period and encourage continuous learning and education like recreation week or “Yuan Mun Ren Sheng”.
Thomas Tan – allow more people to share business opportunities and help each other to building their businesses.
Bong – improve communication information within group committee and M&Y members meeting activities and encourage more new members join our garthering.
Hong Koon – Committee need to decide the agenda; mixing biz group and learning group as ONE team; create and encourage new members to involve in committee team
Tan Choon Kar – setting community purposes, directions and team values; practice learn-do-teach concept from M&Y Course & sharing among members; integrate resources and helping each other members; as an organization need direction and building team members to continuous service the next committee team; Positioning and focus on learning and business information; having agenda list of what to do; encourage active participation from all members and setting rules of games in our team too.
Yong Poh – Should focus of what we want to learn, share and contribute; need agenda; propose to combine learning and business group as one; sharing success story and experiences to overcome current economy crisis or as a learning lesson to others to avoid similar mistake in businesses.
Dr. Tan – Agree to combine as ONE group and more unite as a solid team; having agenda to be focus what we want; as a tradition of San-San Gathering must ensure everyone get chance to share what they feel like to say; may forming a session to allow 1 or 2 person to share their successful life and business experiences; brainstorming ideas of how to overcomes life and business challenges.

As a platform for members to moving forward to be bigger circle among Chung Hua Circle which include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunai etc. to enable or pool together our resources.
To internalized and practice 5 core values of Money & You: Courage, Love, Integrity, Joy and Trust.

7.30 - 7.45 pm - Start with singing a Song
7.45 - 8.45 pm - DVD Presentation and Ocean Group Networking
8.45 - 9.15 pm - Members sharing of DVD contents and comments
9.15 - 9.30 pm - 1st Topics of 8 key life elements
9.30 - 9.45 pm - 2nd Topics of 8 key life elements
9.45 – 10.00 pm - Ending with “What I Feel Like to Say” and sing a SONG

Executive Role & ResponsibilityPresident and Vice President: Multi Purposes include take charge of events, linkage to other Ocean Group; filtering blog contents and topics to discuss in San San
Public Relations: Gather and distribute gathering and meeting information among members; be patronage and forming relationship with other Ocean Group; assist Secretary Group
I.T.: in charge of DVD download and presentation; all relevant hardware like notebook, projector, speakers etc., update and regular maintenance of blog and setting Skype facility
Finance: For propose activities which like outing and family recreation event. Otherwise practice AA concept of own expenses.
Secretary: Need more support from all committee members

JB Ocean Blog Issues:Agree to use existing Blog as a mean or platform to share and distribute information and comments. Dr. Tan support to let Secretary & IT Group to manage and regular update & maintenance of Blog & wish other Ocean Group can linkage or hyperlink Blog.

Collaboration with Other Ocean Group in the region.
PR group playing important role to connect, to gather information and activities agenda from other Ocean group.
Create mutual and inter-connect and regular communication with them to exchange information, activities and resources

Other Issues or Concern:(a) Decision of the tenure of current committee team: Majority agree for 2 Years (6 persons)
(b) Monthly Committee Meeting: Agree to have in First of Week of the Month & similar fall on Wednesday. Next meeting venue tentatively at Dr. Tan House at Taman Johor on 6th May 2009.
(c) Dr Tan suggestion to have business successful sharing session after committee meeting. Topics need to be discussing by President and Vice President.
(d) Mr Tan propose in near future to organize outing activity events like family day to get together all family members.
