So does other where we could help to inform those who u have incontact with. We want to make this a success. My proposed agenda (topics to be discussed) for the night (drafted)
(1) 3/3 Gathering Objective (Mission, what do we want to achieve,etc.)
(2) 3/3 Gathering Meeting Guideline
(3) Committee role & responsibility for organizing future events
(4) JB Ocean Blog issues (Should be dedicated down to IT committee to manage and maintain)

(5) Collaboration with other Ocean group in the region(Should be dedicated down to Public Relationship committee tomanage)
